Execute and optimize global purchasing workflows for Nivoda.

• •As an Operations Executive in Buying Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the heartbeat of Nivoda’s marketplace.
• •You will be responsible for executing and optimizing our global purchasing workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the Buying Pipeline: Seamlessly place, track, and lock down diamond purchase orders with global suppliers.
• •Cultivate Supplier Connections: Be the face of Nivoda to our global vendors, managing day-to-day communication to secure top-tier stock.
• •Keep Teams Connected: Team up with Quality Control, Logistics, and Customer Success to clear out operational friction.
• •Crush the Metrics: Keep a close eye on the metrics.
• •You’ll track and hit key performance indicators (KPIs) across processing speeds and supplier reliability.
• •Requirements 1-3 years of professional operations experience preferably within the diamond/jewellery industry.
• •Serious organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
• •Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
