User Experience Researcher

Conduct contextual research to shape product decisions.

• •The User Experience Researcher will conduct contextual research with our Manila staff, surface real-world workflow insights, and translate them into clear recommendations that directly shape product decisions made by our US-based design and engineering teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Use contextual inquiries, observation, and user testing to understand production staff workflows and pain points.
• •Synthesize observations into prioritized, actionable design recommendations.
• •Produce journey maps, process flow diagrams, and research summaries.
• •Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate hypotheses and align on priorities.
• •Requirements 2+ years of hands-on UX research experience, with strong command of contextual inquiry.
• •Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• •Proven ability to synthesize qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
• •Strong communication skills Comfortable facilitating workshops and research sessions.
