• •Flawless is seeking a VFX Supervisor to lead film productions by blending traditional VFX techniques with assistive AI tools.
• •You will collaborate with innovation teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies into high-end cinematic workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Design hybrid pipelines combining Nuke, Maya, and Houdini with modern AI tools.
• •Provide artistic direction and ensure photorealistic standards for final shots.
• •Manage project workflows, estimate timelines, and provide constructive feedback on WIPs.
• •Establish and manage a pool of ad-hoc VFX artists.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience in VFX, including leadership roles on high-end film or episodic content.
• •Strong proficiency in Nuke and solid understanding of Machine Learning and neural rendering.
• •Experience with 3D pipelines including lighting, texturing, and rendering.
