EU Policy & Partnerships Manager

Develop EU policy strategies and manage stakeholder relationships for OpenAI.

• •As the EU Policy & Partnerships Manager, you will develop strategies, shape OpenAI’s approach to priority EU policy issues, and drive campaigns as part of our European team.
• •You will also develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Brussels policy ecosystem.

• •Advance policies and partnerships that align with OpenAI’s mission.
• •Prepare leaders for engagements with EU officials or represent OpenAI in forums.
• •Requirements Deep knowledge of the EU policy ecosystem, including institutions, legislative and regulatory processes, and key debates shaping AI and technology policy.
• •Trusted relationship builder who can engage credibly with EU officials, regulators, civil society groups, industry associations, researchers, and experts.
• •Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical policy relevance for EU policymakers and Brussels stakeholders.
