• •The Operations Specialist I is critical to the success of the LightReach Platform, managing underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products.
• •This role ensures smooth intake for all financial product transactions and is at the forefront of installer support and underwriting.
• •Key Responsibilities Support EPC partner requests via intercom mechanisms, removing friction and blockers to transactions.
• •Manage all queues and action areas within the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions.
• •Coordinate with internal colleagues to resolve friction points or blockers related to milestones.
• •Provide coaching and training to transaction partners and sales reps.
• •Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
• •Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries is a plus.
• •Passion for servant leadership and supporting frontline sales reps.
• •High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate stressful situations tactfully.
