• •Join the Platform Engineering domain in the Connectivity group at N26 to build a secure and performant unified Edge platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain a secure and performant unified Edge platform.
• •Instill software design best practices and scalable system architecture.
• •Collaborate with Engineers, SREs, and other platform stakeholders.
• •Support platform scalability, observability, and testing efforts.
• •Contribute to roadmap and architecture discussions.
• •Requirements At least 5 years of proven experience as a backend-focused software engineer.
• •Strong programming skills preferably with JVM-based languages like Java or Kotlin.
• •Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, REST/gRPC APIs).
• •Practical experience with cloud-native development, with strong expertise in AWS.
