• •Lead Product Designer responsible for making complex institutional financial infrastructure clear, trustworthy, and efficient across client-facing and internal surfaces.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end design from problem framing to implementation support.
• •Design across client features, internal tools, communications, and onboarding.
• •Maintain and evolve the design system and component libraries.
• •Collaborate closely with engineers and client-facing teams during implementation.
• •Conduct regular user research and prototype walkthroughs to inform design.
• •Requirements Strong systems thinking and experience designing interconnected product surfaces.
• •Experience with financial or B2B products and professional repeat-use workflows.
• •High visual design craft across layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• •Proficiency in Figma and producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks.
