• •Support and coach engineers via pairing and reviews.
• •Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience with reliable delivery.
• •Experience building and maintaining SaaS products with high availability.
• •Strong technical skills in Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Elasticsearch.
• •Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment and able to drive architecture and alignment.
