• •Key Responsibilities Define and optimize Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy.
• •Manage day-to-day operations of the Italian Affiliate and Influencer network.
• •Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making.
• •Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.
• •Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles.
• •At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.
• •Professional fluency in Italian and English.
• •Experience in data visualisation tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
