• •The Experience Partner, Programs role is responsible for executing and managing employee experience programs at Reddit.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead execution of core Experience programs including ERGs, new hire onboarding, and Snoo Community Funds.
• •Act as the primary partner for employee-led initiatives and help own the operational backbone of Experience programming.
