Manages contractual and commercial aspects of bus company partnerships for FlixBus.

  • Responsible for the contractual and commercial management of a portfolio of medium-sized bus company partners.
  • Key Responsibilities Contractual and commercial management of a portfolio of medium-sized bus company partners Central contact person for the management of our bus partners including contract negotiations and business consulting Interface between bus partners and internal departments for project management and coordination processes Creation of decision templates based on cost and performance analyses for the FlixBus management Continuous optimization of the bus partner portfolio Requirements Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Transport, or related fields At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Purchasing, Transport, Logistics, or related areas You have already led projects independently and are familiar with the typical challenges in planning, coordination, and implementation Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel knowledge Confident demeanor in negotiations and experience in project management Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking Enjoy working in an international team Fluent in German and very good English skills
