Infrastructure Manager

Lead infrastructure team for quantum computing platform at Rigetti Computing.

• •Rigetti is seeking a Software Infrastructure Manager to lead the team responsible for building and operating the software infrastructure that powers our quantum computing platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and cohesion for the infrastructure engineering team Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the infrastructure supporting Rigetti’s quantum computing platform Support data infrastructure including Postgres databases and Kafka streaming pipelines Improve internal developer tooling and infrastructure usability to increase engineering productivity across teams Work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams including software engineers, quantum engineers, and hardware teams Requirements Experience leading or managing Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams Experience building infrastructure in startup or rapidly evolving environments Strong hands-on experience with modern infrastructure stacks including AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across highly technical teams
