Supply Chain Data Analyst

Manage tactical procurement and modernize supply chain workflows.

• •The Supply Chain Data Analyst will manage tactical procurement, govern master data (SKUs/BOMs), and modernize supply chain workflows through automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day purchasing, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and expedites.
• •Investigate and resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies against ERP records.
• •Own SKU and BOM accuracy across systems like NetSuite and Arena.
• •Map and document procurement processes, identify automation opportunities.
• •Build dashboards to track supply chain KPIs and improvement impact.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent experience.
• •Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and PLM (Arena); strong Excel/Google Sheets.
• •Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• •Interest/experience with automation platforms, process mapping tools, and AI tools/APIs.
