Senior Associate, Fulfilment Operations

Supporting Amsterdam fulfilment hub with logistics operations.

• •Hands-on logistics role supporting the Amsterdam fulfilment hub, owning break-bulk of imports and orchestrating last-mile shipments with responsibility for accuracy, speed, and security.
• •Key Responsibilities Co-lead inbound & break-bulk: reconcile manifests, verify counts/condition, stage orders for pick/pack.
• •Run fulfilment & dispatch: pick/pack, labelling, courier bookings, track scans and resolve delays.
• •Communicate proactively with CS, Supplier Support, and regional teams on status and recoveries.
• •Co-own special streams (Express, Jewellery/Melee) and drive SOPs and process improvements.
• •Requirements 5+ years logistics experience.
• •Experience with stock control of high-value products.
• •Familiarity with courier services and tracking systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Brinks).
• •Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
