Configuration Specialist

Configure and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, and rules on the Ontic platform.

• •Design, configure, and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, automations, and rules within the Ontic platform to support enterprise client needs.
• •Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, rules, automations, and other platform configurations for enterprise-level clients Partner with internal teams and clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of client-specific platform configurations Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing SaaS, platform operations, configuration, implementation, or solutions-focused role Experience configuring workflows, automations, rules engines, or platform-based solutions within a SaaS environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations
