Staff Platform Engineer

• •The Staff Platform Engineer will lead the transformation of platform engineering through AI-augmented orchestration.
• •Key Responsibilities Design foundational patterns and guardrails for AI agents.
• •Mentor senior engineers in advanced agentic patterns and LLM integration.
• •Oversee large-scale, high-availability distributed systems on AWS.
• •Shape the evolution of the developer control plane (Cortex) as an AI-augmented self-service platform.
• •Act as liaison between cloud operations, AI infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and managing large-scale, high-availability distributed systems.
• •Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and leading company-wide platform initiatives.
• •Demonstrated experience architecting and scaling AI-driven systems in production.
