Lead digital engagement strategy to enhance customer lifecycle performance.
- •Lead B2C and client digital engagement strategy across the full customer lifecycle to drive awareness, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, omnichannel experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement and customer adoption frameworks.
- •Design personalized omnichannel campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams.

- •Requirements Experience in digital engagement or lifecycle program management.
