Lead digital engagement strategy to enhance customer lifecycle performance.

  • Lead B2C and client digital engagement strategy across the full customer lifecycle to drive awareness, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, omnichannel experiences.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement and customer adoption frameworks.
  • Design personalized omnichannel campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Use data and experimentation to measure and optimize customer lifecycle performance.
  • Requirements Experience in digital engagement or lifecycle program management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing, email marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
