Business Operations Manager

• •As Business Operations Manager you will coordinate cross-functional operational domains—trade operations, finance, legal, revenue and partner operations—to scale processes and enable automation.
• •Key Responsibilities Support partnership operations and partner onboarding/retention with performance metrics.
• •Manage revenue operations: analyze transaction volumes and support upsell/cross-sell strategies.
• •Support finance and accounting workflows, reporting, and cash flow initiatives.
• •Assist legal/regulatory operations, licensing, KYB and compliance automation.
• •Execute and optimize trade operations including settlements, reconciliations and risk protocols.
• •Requirements 5+ years in operations roles, preferably in fintech.
• •Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• •Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling; experience with automation.
• •Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth startup environments.
