• •Key Responsibilities Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, autonomy, and AI-powered work through hands-on experimentation and ecosystem research Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem through founder networks, user conversations, Product Hunt, Reddit, GitHub, X, events, and emerging tooling Identify unmet needs and future product opportunities that could shape n8n's long-term direction Rapidly prototype, validate, and launch AI-native product ideas with minimal support Operate across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market with a highly scrappy, execution-first mindset Requirements Strong background in AI and machine learning Experience with workflow orchestration and automation Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for building innovative AI-native products
