About the role
Lead localized brand expression and digital marketing in China.
- •The Marketing Manager, China will lead localized brand expression, digital marketing, and market activation, translating global strategy into impactful execution.
- •This role requires strong experience in luxury or premium fashion and a deep understanding of the China digital ecosystem.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research and analyze Chinese consumers’ preferences.
- •Develop annual marketing strategies and define KPIs.
- •Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- •Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail, e-commerce, and brand management within the luxury or premium fashion/lifestyle category.
- •Deep understanding of the China digital ecosystem, including Tmall, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, WeChat and key media/influencer channels.
- •Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
