Director of Supply Chain leading end-to-end material execution and operations for a manufacturing facility.

• •The Director of Supply Chain leads end-to-end material execution for Saronic’s Franklin, Louisiana facility, owning the site’s integrated supply chain organization to ensure uninterrupted production of the Marauder autonomous surface vessel.
• •This role drives cost and cash-flow performance and builds a scalable operating model for production ramp.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end material flow, ensuring production-critical materials are available on time.
• •Drive cost savings and improve working capital through disciplined supplier management and contract adherence.
• •Build repeatable, standardized operating models and SOPs for the Franklin supply chain.
• •Lead and develop the Franklin supply chain organization, fostering a culture of urgency and continuous improvement.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, including procurement, planning, and materials management. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• •Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time material readiness, cost savings, and inventory performance during a production ramp.
• •Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes.
