About the role
Lead and coach a team of Customer On-Sites across strategic accounts.
- •Lead and coach a team of Customer On-Sites across strategic accounts, owning operational health, service delivery, and account growth while spending time in the field.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop Customer On-Sites to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- •Own portfolio health: service levels, fill rates, attendance, and worker performance.
- •Serve as senior Traba relationship owner, run business reviews, and lead escalations.
- •Maintain field presence, support during peaks, and implement consistent on-site playbooks.
- •Partner cross-functionally to align account strategy and drive hiring, onboarding, and expansion.
- •Requirements 4+ years in operations, staffing, account management, or field leadership; 1–2 years managing people.
- •Experience leading distributed/field teams in high-volume environments.
- •Strong customer-facing communication and coaching skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- •Operational rigor, data-driven mindset, and comfort with spreadsheets and playbooks.
