- •The Business Systems Analyst serves as the critical bridge between internal business stakeholders and the development team, owning the requirements process end-to-end for internal data initiatives.

- •Key Responsibilities Own the intake and discovery process for internal data initiatives, ensuring requirements are fully understood and documented.
- •Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translating needs into clear, dev-ready documentation.
- •Contribute to a groomed and prioritized requirements backlog in collaboration with the Technical Project Manager.
- •Serve as the ongoing point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and communicating status.
- •Requirements Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for data initiatives.
- •Proficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- •Familiarity with analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
