Strategic Projects Lead, Generative AI

Lead strategic projects in Generative AI to drive revenue and enhance products.

• •Scale's Generative AI business unit is experiencing historic growth.
• •As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will drive initiatives that generate significant new revenue.
• •This demanding role requires you to act as an Operator, Product Manager, and Engagement Manager.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Ops, and Go-to-Market teams.
• •Partner with product and engineering to enhance products for strategic customers.
• •Own data labeling operations for strategic projects.
• •Provide regular progress updates to Scale's executive team.
• •Requirements Strong technical background (Computer Science degree ideal; data analytics with SQL or Python required). 2+ years of experience leading a team, developing product/operational processes, or as a SWE.
• •Strong problem-solving capabilities; experience with operational challenges or consulting is a plus.
• •Entrepreneurial experience and mindset; excitement for building from scratch.
