• •Apaleo is seeking AI Engineers to build and evolve its Staff-Facing Agent, an intelligent operations copilot.
• •You will work at the forefront of applied AI, turning cutting-edge research into reliable, production-ready systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive AI experimentation and innovation by testing new techniques and translating research into production-ready improvements.
• •Improve agent performance by optimizing reasoning, task-solving abilities, prompting strategies, and tool usage.
• •Build evaluation and testing systems, including frameworks, datasets, and performance metrics.
• •Work hands-on in the agent codebase, modifying prompts, model configurations, workflows, and tool integrations.
• •Requirements Solid foundation in software engineering, preferably Python.
• •Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, or AI agents.
• •Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• •Comfortable working directly in production codebases.
