  • Attain is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the B2B marketing team and scale programs that drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • You will own HubSpot as the central system for marketing automation and orchestrate multi-channel programs with measurable revenue impact.
  • Key Responsibilities Own HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign execution, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Build and launch nurture sequences and behavioral workflows for specific buyer personas.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to refine lead scoring and routing logic.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce data and integrations into HubSpot.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on connecting marketing activity to pipeline generation.
