- •Attain is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the B2B marketing team and scale programs that drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
- •You will own HubSpot as the central system for marketing automation and orchestrate multi-channel programs with measurable revenue impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Own HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign execution, and lifecycle workflows.
- •Build and launch nurture sequences and behavioral workflows for specific buyer personas.
- •Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for revenue impact.
- •Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to refine lead scoring and routing logic.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- •Strong proficiency in HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
- •Experience with Salesforce data and integrations into HubSpot.
- •Analytical skills with a focus on connecting marketing activity to pipeline generation.
