Domestic Surveyor

Survey homes for renewable energy technologies and provide quotes to customers.

• •We are looking for surveyors to help drive the global renewable energy revolution by assessing homes for in-home technologies like smart meters, EV chargers, low carbon heating, and solar.
• •You will be the face of Octopus Energy, inspiring customers about sustainable technologies.
• •Key Responsibilities Visit customers' homes to survey for heat pumps, solar PV, insulation, or Energy Performance Certificates.
• •Capture data, perform heat loss calculations, and produce quotes.
• •Explain processes to customers and advocate for the technology.
• •Ensure customers feel good about each visit and are motivated to upgrade.
• •Be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• •Requirements Experience communicating effectively with customers face-to-face.
• •Experience in measuring and sizing equipment is desirable.
• •Good IT and tech skills are required.
