- •Thought Machine is seeking a Global Head of HR to lead and empower regional HR Business Partners, bridging global people strategy with local execution.
- •This role ensures HR policies, employee relations, and expansion frameworks are robust, compliant, and scalable.
- •Key Responsibilities Directly manage, mentor, and align a global team of HRBPs across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
- •Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex, high-risk employee relations issues globally.
- •Lead HR workstreams for opening new entities and offices globally.
- •Drive, review, and maintain the company’s global HR policies and handbooks.
- •Oversee the execution of annual people cycles across all regions.
- •Requirements 8+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years managing HR Business Partners or professionals.
- •Demonstrated experience navigating employment practices across at least two key regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
- •Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations cases.
- •Practical experience setting up HR frameworks in new international territories.
- •CIPD accredited (or equivalent international HR/legal qualification).
