Support Southern Europe Sales function by generating quality pipeline and meeting revenue goals.

  • This role requires a driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our Southern Europe Sales function.
  • Based in our Milan office on a hybrid basis (in-office a few days per week), you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations Requirements Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions
