• •Build design systems and interaction patterns that scale across web and mobile.
• •Prototype rapidly in code (Figma + React) to validate ideas and ship designs.
• •Own the details that make experiences feel alive, from interaction timing to error handling.
• •Bridge design and engineering by translating technical constraints into elegant user experiences.
• •Requirements 4+ years designing digital products with a strong understanding of design systems.
• •Deeply product-minded with an understanding of user psychology and technical constraints.
• •Experience with consumer experiences, including incentives and retention loops.
