Senior Technical Program Manager - Internal Foundations

Lead and deliver cross-functional technical programs for internal platform and infrastructure improvements.

• •Lead technical programs to build internal foundations that support Grow Therapy's engineering and product organizations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems and processes.
• •Key Responsibilities Own planning and delivery of cross-functional technical programs for internal platforms and infrastructure.
• •Coordinate engineering, product, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives.
• •Define success metrics, timelines, and risks; drive program execution and unblock teams.
• •Manage program status, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• •Improve processes for onboarding, platform reliability, and developer productivity.
• •Requirements Proven experience managing complex technical programs with engineering teams.
• •Strong program and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• •Experience with tracking metrics, risk management, and driving delivery.
