- •Requirements 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth company with a strong track-record in a marketing function, leading a team of 10+ FTEs.
- •Experience in leveraging data and tech to drive revenue (e.g., MMM, DDA, Personalization, Product).
- •Proven track record of owning the long-term marketing vision and strategy, balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs in a quickly changing environment.
- •Highly analytical and data-driven, with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
