  • Key Responsibilities Drive marketing strategy and execution across channels and target groups to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
  • Holistically steer acquisition channels and campaigns to drive conversion and maximize impact, optimizing marketing spend for efficiency.
  • Test and establish new channels to acquire customers, contributing to FINN's subscriber growth ambition.
  • Grow, lead, and develop a high-performing team to scale customer acquisition efforts.
  • Requirements 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth company with a strong track-record in a marketing function, leading a team of 10+ FTEs.
  • Experience in leveraging data and tech to drive revenue (e.g., MMM, DDA, Personalization, Product).
  • Proven track record of owning the long-term marketing vision and strategy, balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs in a quickly changing environment.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
