• •Key Responsibilities Drive the roadmap and contribute to the codebase daily.
• •Own technical quality, team well-being, and delivery execution.
• •Define clear objectives and expectations for team members.
• •Write, review, and merge code daily.
• •Leverage AI tools and methodologies to boost productivity.
• •Requirements Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity. 3+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• •Strong technical skills with a large experience as Software Engineer, preferably in Python.
• •Experience in the cybersecurity field, good knowledge of our competitor and partners.
• •Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.
