  • Fluency is seeking a founding mid-market Account Executive to drive full sales cycles into enterprises.
  • You will be instrumental in creating a new category for operational intelligence, selling to C-suite executives.
  • Key Responsibilities Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, working closely with a BDR.
  • Conduct discovery with executive and technical stakeholders to identify operational pain points.
  • Manage pilot-first sales motion, scoping and converting paid pilots into enterprise agreements.
  • Drive post-pilot expansion by proving value and scaling across new business units and use cases.
  • Collaborate with founders to shape the sales motion, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
  • Requirements Proven track record of originating and closing 6-figure plus deals.
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch and owning a revenue number.
  • Ability to engage with CEOs and delve into pilot design details.
