• •Key Responsibilities Own product strategy for subscription activation, upgrades, and retention Optimize the in-product user journey to maximize conversion Identify and validate new growth and revenue opportunities through rapid A/B testing Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to ensure growth and monetization levers are effectively integrated Improve retention and reactivation through personalized offers and data-driven lifecycle journeys Requirements 8+ years of product management experience Proven success driving revenue and customer lifetime value in a B2C fintech environment Strong experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, and analytics tools Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance short-term revenue impact and long-term customer trust Strong customer empathy, particularly for users experiencing financial stress
