About the role
Lead the Acquisition Product Team to drive conversion and LTV.
- •Lead the Acquisition Product Team owning top-of-funnel experiences from content and channel integrations through sign-up and checkout to drive conversion and LTV.
- •Key Responsibilities Own digital acquisition products including CMS (Storyblok), marketing integrations, sign-up wizard and checkout.
- •Lead a cross-functional squad (designer and engineers) through discovery to delivery.
- •Use data, A/B Testing and experimentation to improve conversion and acquisition quality.
- •Develop a 6–12 month roadmap aligned to business outcomes and maximise LTV.
- •Requirements Proven experience in acquisition/growth or top-of-funnel product for subscription B2C/D2C.
- •Strong understanding of funnels, on-site conversion, CAC, LTV and commercial metrics.
- •Highly experienced in A/B Testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Looker).
- •Experience working closely with design and engineering and managing delivery.
