Staff Software Engineer: Platform

Build and evolve the developer platform, CI/CD, and tooling for engineering.

• •Join Flexport's PSI team to own and evolve the developer platform powering engineering, building paved paths and self-serve tooling to speed and secure shipping code.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain developer platform, CI/CD pipelines and build tooling.
• •Own GraphQL and gRPC ecosystem, middleware, codegen and CLIs.
• •Improve IAM primitives and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• •Enhance observability (OpenMetrics, Datadog) and developer experience.
• •Requirements 10+ years software engineering experience building developer platforms or core infrastructure.
• •Deep full-stack instincts across backend, frontend build pipelines, CI and Kubernetes.
• •Strong product and developer experience sensibilities; user research with engineers.
