- •Cresta seeks a Head of Demand Generation & Growth to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and execute growth strategy across digital, product, and automated channels.
- •Lead and optimize performance marketing with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- •Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization.
- •Develop and scale SEO/AEO and content performance initiatives.
- •Implement a robust experimentation framework for A/B testing and new channel evaluation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in a growth leadership role.
- •Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact through digital channels.
- •Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, and analytics; strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.
- •Experience working with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motions.
