Lead and coach the APAC Sales Development team.
- •Rubrik is seeking a Sales Development Manager for APAC on a fixed-term contract to lead the APAC Sales Development team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives covering APAC markets.
- •Coach the team on identifying high-potential customers and generating new business meetings.
- •Drive accountability against activity, pipeline, and meeting metrics.
- •Partner with marketing on lead follow-up and with field sales on territory execution.

- •Requirements Demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales or sales development people.
- •Background in tech sales with credible, hands-on industry knowledge.
- •Working knowledge of lead management and outbound prospecting strategy.
