Lead and coach the APAC Sales Development team.

  • Rubrik is seeking a Sales Development Manager for APAC on a fixed-term contract to lead the APAC Sales Development team.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives covering APAC markets.
  • Coach the team on identifying high-potential customers and generating new business meetings.
  • Drive accountability against activity, pipeline, and meeting metrics.
  • Partner with marketing on lead follow-up and with field sales on territory execution.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity market trends and translate that into team positioning.
  • Requirements Demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales or sales development people.
  • Background in tech sales with credible, hands-on industry knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of lead management and outbound prospecting strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
