Manage and grow relationships with major commercial banks by driving adoption of Codat's financial insight solutions.
- •Codat is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with the top forty commercial banks in the US and Canada.
- •You will drive user adoption of Codat’s Insights solutions, helping bankers deepen client relationships and grow revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Train and coach frontline bankers on integrating Codat solutions into daily workflows.
- •Monitor adoption trends and proactively intervene to ensure high user engagement.
- •Act as a critical conduit between bank users and Codat’s product and engineering teams.
- •Requirements Experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or sales enablement within financial institutions.
- •Strong ability to build trust with senior leaders and frontline specialists.
- •Comfortable communicating technical concepts like API structures to non-technical audiences.
