Director of Procurement (Hardware)

Lead global procurement strategies for hardware components.

• •Lead the global GSM organization across regions, establishing clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and execute sourcing strategies across key commodities, balancing cost, quality, lead time, and supply risk.
• •Own executive-level supplier relationships, including contract manufacturers and strategic component suppliers, leading negotiations and long-term agreements.
• •Drive cost excellence through should-cost modeling, cost roadmaps, and continuous cost reduction initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• •Requirements 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or global supply management, ideally within consumer electronics or high-growth hardware environments.
• •Proven experience leading and developing global, distributed teams.
• •Strong understanding of electronics supply chains, including components, contract manufacturing, and APAC supplier ecosystems.
