Drive sales enablement and learning for expansion revenue.

  • The Learning Partner owns the learning lifecycle for Expansion Sales, designing and delivering onboarding, continuous training, and scalable enablement solutions to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Collaborate with revenue and cross-functional partners to assess seller learning needs and priorities.
  • Design and deliver learner-centered enablement solutions and onboarding programs.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact and iterate on programs.
  • Keep enablement content current and cultivate practitioner communities for best practices.
  • Requirements 8+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership supporting expansion revenue motions.
  • Experience designing programs that measurably improve sales performance.
  • Strong consulting, learning science, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort applying AI tools to accelerate learning design and delivery.
