• •As a Group Product Manager, you will lead one of Accurx's core product pods and drive the strategy for Accurx Scribe, an AI-based ambient voice solution.
• •You will be responsible for shaping the communication infrastructure of the NHS.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Product Managers.
• •Define the long-term strategy for AI integration into clinical workflows.
• •Partner with GTM functions to navigate procurement and market opportunities.
• •Foster a high-performance product culture focused on quality and impact.
• •Requirements Experience leading and growing high-performing Product Management teams.
• •Deep expertise in complex problem spaces, ideally within Healthcare.
• •Proven track record of defining product strategies and collaborating with C-suite leadership.
• •Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills.
