Manage regional operations, drive operational excellence, and lead a team in Delhi.
- •As Flix expands its operations in North India, we are looking for a motivated Junior Manager Regional Operations to help drive operational excellence.
- •This role is based in Delhi and involves ensuring seamless execution of ground operations, data analysis, and vendor management.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day interactions with operators, ensuring seamless service and supporting vehicle preparation.
- •Manage a team of Operations Associates, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently.
- •Build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations and operators.
- •Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring operators adhere to processes and standards.
- •Conduct and manage audits to ensure operators comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of work experience in operations management, ideally within rapidly scaling startups in transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.
- •Experience in managing and training ground teams is a strong plus.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
