Software Engineer Team Lead - Consumer

Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing consumer-facing software solutions.

• •About the role: As a Team Lead, you’ll be managing a team of engineers in designing and implementing technical solutions to business problems.
• •You’ll be working closely with Product Management, Analytics, as well as collaborating with other Software Engineering teams to deliver business value.
• •Our most successful Team Leads are “multipliers” who equip and empower their team, manage project timelines and expectations, build partnerships with other teams and functions, continually drive and improve the SDLC process, ensure timely remediation of production and operational issues, and actively manage risks that may impact delivery.
• •Requirements: 5+ years of full-stack experience delivering scalable applications, preferably using backend languages like Ruby on Rails, Go, and modern frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• •Proven experience building and shipping features for a customer-facing commercial product, with ownership from concept through production and measurable business impact.
• •Experience leading engineers to deliver high-impact features, partnering with Product and Design, and driving execution in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• •Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and varying experience levels.
• •The ability to solve problems in more than one language, and know exactly why one of them is better.
