- •Blacksmith is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to own the roadmap for making their CI infrastructure products enterprise-grade.
- •This role focuses on moving upmarket and ensuring the product meets the needs of large engineering organizations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap for enterprise readiness across Blacksmith's product lines (CI, sandboxes, coding agent).
- •Define and drive security, auditability, and compliance features.
- •Shape enterprise networking capabilities and identity/administration features.
- •Build programmatic surfaces for enterprise usage and cost management.
- •Translate customer feedback from enterprise deals into a prioritized roadmap.
- •Requirements Experience shipping enterprise capabilities at a growth-stage infrastructure or developer-tools company.
- •Proven ability to mature a post-PMF product for enterprise customers.
- •Technical understanding of CI/CD, cloud networking, and compute platforms.
- •Experience working with enterprise buyers and understanding procurement/security cycles.
- •AI-native workflow and comfort with modern tooling.
