Head of Solutions Engineering, Americas

Lead technical sales strategy and execution for enterprise deals, architecting solutions for global QSR brands.

• •As the Head of Solutions Engineering for the Americas, you will serve as the Principal Solutions Architect for strategic enterprise deals while scaling the regional technical sales function.
• •You will drive technical validation and solution design for global QSR brands using Deliverect's API-first platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical strategy and execution for complex global QSR prospects as a hands-on Principal Solutions Engineer.
• •Design optimal target-state architectures and integration patterns for enterprise clients.
• •Serve as the highest technical escalation point and strategic advisor during the pre-sales cycle.
• •Manage and mentor the Solutions Engineering team while defining scalable processes and KPIs.
• •Requirements 12+ years of technical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or Principal role.
• •Mastery of modern API architectures (REST, GraphQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical consulting or engineering staff.
• •Deep domain expertise in QSR/Hospitality technology and POS integrations.
