• •We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Lead (Healthcare) to operationalize and scale our data partner ecosystem for AI products.
• •You will own the execution of onboarding, integration, and delivery for healthcare partners, ensuring seamless data flow.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding of new healthcare data partners and establish operational playbooks.
• •Coordinate secure data access, querying workflows, and transfer mechanisms.
• •Partner with Product and Engineering on data ingestion, normalization, and technical setup.
• •Evaluate partner datasets (EHR, imaging, claims, genomics, etc.) for AI training readiness.
• •Monitor deal progress and coordinate data delivery milestones.
• •Requirements 6-10+ years in healthcare data operations, partnerships execution, or data program management.
• •Deep understanding of healthcare data modalities and operationalization.
• •Experience onboarding healthcare data partners or integrating datasets.
