• •This role offers hands-on exposure to AI, customer operations, and business strategy in a high-growth clean energy company.
• •Key Responsibilities Support the development and optimization of the AI customer support agent, Sunny.
• •Analyze customer contact data to identify trends and automation opportunities.
• •Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge base content for AI training.
• •Document workflows and process improvements across the CX team.
• •Contribute to a defined summer project with a final presentation.
• •Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• •Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• •Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and customer experience.
